About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rostering Officer to join our team. As a Rostering Officer, you will be responsible for scheduling staff and managing rosters for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input shift requests into our database
  • Schedule educators and cooks for shifts
  • Monitor shift availability of educators and cooks
  • Update clients on booking status
  • Phone screen educators and book in for consultant interviews
  • Interview educators
Requirements
  • A background in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Previous rostering experience is essential
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to assess, prioritize and deliver quality service to multiple stakeholders
  • Quick learning ability and open to feedback
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Strong attention to detail
