Volunteer Coordinator

Vision Australia is seeking a skilled Coordinator of Volunteers to join our team. As a key member of our Vision Australia Radio (VAR) Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective recruitment, training, and management of volunteers for VAR Adelaide and Darwin. Your responsibilities will include attracting, recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers, as well as coordinating and publishing rosters to ensure that all studio programming needs are adequately resourced. As a Coordinator of Volunteers, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people who are blind or have low vision. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to engage and retain volunteers, and to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standard. This is a permanent part-time position based in Adelaide, with a base salary of $77,000 plus superannuation and salary packaging up to $15,900. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply for this role.
