About the RoleThis exciting opportunity has arisen for a Rostering Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our division, you will be responsible for supporting the rostering of staff and administrative functions, as well as providing backup to the team in screening and interviewing Educators.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately input shift requests into our database
- Schedule educators and cooks for shifts
- Monitor shift availability of educators and cooks
- Update clients on booking status
- Phone screen Educators and book in for consultant interviews
- Interview Educators
- A background in Early Childhood Education or a strong interest in the sector
- Previous rostering experience is essential
- Strong time management skills with the ability to assess, prioritize, and deliver quality service to multiple stakeholders
- Quick learning ability and open to feedback
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Strong attention to detail
