About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Disability Support Coordinator. This role will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of disability services to clients, including roster management, client liaison, and support worker supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Roster management and coordination of support workers
  • Liaison with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Supervision and mentoring of support workers
  • Incident management and reporting
  • Utilization of Carelink+ to manage deployment of staff and client servicing
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in the disability or health sector
  • Knowledge of NDIS framework and community services funding models
  • Working knowledge of best practice rostering and workforce optimization
  • Experience in managing workforce issues, including supervision and coaching
  • Current driver's license and ability to work onsite 5 days per week
