The Rostering & Administration Coordinator will be a key member of our operations team at Star Pharmacy Group, responsible for managing the scheduling and rostering of our pharmacy personnel. This role requires a strong focus on workforce management, ensuring optimal coverage, cost efficiency, and compliance with budget constraints and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Scheduling: Oversee and adjust rosters to meet pharmacist staffing needs, ensuring effective allocation of personnel and adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Engagement: Collaborate with Pharmacy Services Managers and other departments to build strong working relationships and ensure seamless communication.
  • Planning: Forecast, report, and act on vacant shifts to achieve full utilization of personnel, with a focus on long-term planning and strategic workforce management.
  • Compliance: Ensure scheduling meets all relevant industrial and industry compliance requirements.
  • HR Administration: Handle routine HR tasks and enquiries, including audits, report compilation, and payroll timesheet processing.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, particularly in business administration or HR.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills, with a professional, timely, and collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and presentation purposes, and the ability to learn utilized software platforms with ease.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
