The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Rydges Darling Square. This key role involves pursuing, evaluating, soliciting, selling, and confirming Corporate, Government, Wholesale, Crew, and MICE revenue targets for the hotels in accordance with the Sales & Marketing plans for Rydges Darling Square Apartment Hotel.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, empowered, optimistic, and have a can-do attitude. Key responsibilities include:
- Highly focused on conversion of all opportunities, deploying effective sales and negotiation techniques.
- Handling incoming enquiries in accordance with EVT standards, response times, and pricing guidelines.
- Maintaining the IVvy CRM system, adhering to database integrity standards, logging sales activity, tasks, and client information.
- Pursuing new business through creative strategy and strong relationship management.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous hotel sales experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Pride in personal presentation and grooming.
- Sound time management and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced IVvy CRM experience (desirable).
Our estimated salary range is between $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
