Market leaders seek experienced professionals to drive business growth and expansion through strategic planning, customer engagement, and product promotion.
As a Business Development Manager, you will leverage your expertise to create demand and need for ABB products and tools among target audiences.
You will identify and develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating customers about ABB offerings, showcasing your ability to build long-term relationships and drive results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, and educational materials.
- Developing plans for target audience visits and conducting regular status reviews, analyzing insights and output of the visits.
- Maintaining effective relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are well-informed about ABB products and services.
- Elevating marketing activities and value proposition to customers through effective promotional techniques.
Requirements for the role:
- 5+ years' experience in business development within the mining and oil & gas industry.
- Able to demonstrate experience in running large project opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
- Previous experience in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
- Passionate about building high-level relationships while presenting technical solutions.
- Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Fluent English communication skills.
