Job Title: Learning & Development Coordinator

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning and Development Coordinator to join our organisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating activities that ensure positive learning outcomes for employees. This includes delivering engaging onboarding sessions, providing training statistical data, and assisting with the preparation of course material.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver onboarding sessions to new employees
  • Provide training statistical data and assist with course material preparation
  • Assist employees and managers with queries regarding courses

Requirements:

  • Experience in training or education within a large organisation
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, business, hospitality, or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in IT systems including Microsoft Office and LMS/HRI
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills
