We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Administration Support Professional to join our team in Bundaberg.

About the Role

This key position will provide exceptional customer service to our growing department, positively contributing to the daily requirements of the Branch by delivering accurate information and completed paperwork to internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will undertake a variety of duties, including:

  • Providing effective responses to customer requests and contributing to sales targets;
  • Continually developing and improving knowledge of Bradnam's products and remaining up-to-date with current building codes;
  • Identifying areas for improvement within sales;
  • Understanding and working with our credit department and actively supporting fellow members of the customer service team;
  • Demonstrating commitment to safe work practices and complying with site requirements regarding PPE, sign-in processes, and other procedures.

This role is Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.

Skills & Experience

As a Customer Service and Administration Support Professional, you will be provided with all necessary tools and product training to succeed in this role and bring the Bradnam's Difference.

  • Data Entry - Essential;
  • Prior administration experience in a customer-focused role is ideal;
  • A positive approach to tasks, demonstrating commitment to safe work practices;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities;
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
