Customer Service and Administration Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Administration Representative to join our team in Bundaberg. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our growing department.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective responses to customer requests, contributing to sales targets;
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Bradnam's products and stay up-to-date with current building codes;
- Identify areas for improvement within sales and implement changes as needed;
- Work closely with the credit department and support fellow customer service team members;
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all site requirements and procedures;
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Data entry skills and previous administration experience in a customer-focused role;
- A positive attitude, commitment to safe work practices, and excellent communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport, and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues;
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities;
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
