
Career Rehabilitation Specialist

Deliver assessments and counselling to individuals who require guidance on career goals and circumstances.
Conduct assessments to help guide people toward their new career path and collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce.
Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educate employers on the health benefits of good work.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality counselling services to individuals who require guidance on career goals and circumstances.
- Case manage complex psychological injuries and liaise with treating health professionals.
- Empower others and advocate for recovery and return to work.
- Develop graduated return plans and conduct assessments to help guide people toward their new career path.
