You will play a vital role in helping ADF personnel achieve specific health goals and return to service.

About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including ADF members, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals to develop and implement rehabilitation plans. Your expertise will be essential in facilitating a return to wellness plan and conducting case management to monitor rehabilitation progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and perform worksite reviews
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support ADF members' rehabilitation
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
Requirements
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant professional bodies as a Registered Nurse
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
  • Case Management experience
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
