Role Overview

The Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant is responsible for assisting individuals with injuries or illnesses to recover, return to work, and achieve their full potential.

This role involves working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment that requires the ability to interact with various stakeholders, including health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and clients.

  • Conduct assessments and provide case management services for clients across different portfolios, including workers' compensation, motor accident claims, veterans' affairs, and more.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address concerns.
About You

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional who possesses:

  • Relevant clinical experience and qualifications (occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, osteopathy, chiropractic care, rehabilitation counseling, social work, or psychology).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
