About us: RWM Regional Workforce Management (RWM) is a dedicated team, proud of our Australian heritage. We connect businesses with tailored workforce management solutions since 2000.

Formerly known as FIP Group, we've spent over two decades supporting the backbone of Australia - the food, agriculture, forestry and fisheries industries. By blending local expertise with national reach, we deliver reliable people who help businesses thrive.

We started small, helping local businesses quickly grow into something bigger. Our ability to connect with people - sharing experiences and hope – helped forge strong bonds with businesses and communities alike. As we expanded from labour hire to permanent recruitment and skilled worker connections across borders, our mission has remained the same: to provide real solutions that save time and resources for Australia's food and agriculture business.
