About the Role

Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Payroll Administrator / Officer to join our team in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract with possibility for extension. The role is a full time, Monday to Friday position.

As a Payroll Administrator / Officer you will :

  • Ensure tasks are undertaken with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail resulting in quality outcomes
  • Participation and responsibility for the timely processing of weekly and fortnightly payroll runs
  • Application of knowledge on taxation and superannuation
  • Timely processing of new starters, transfers and terminations
  • Accurate and timely processing of maintenance for employees payroll data
  • Lead by example on behaviors appropriate for the workplace, whilst maintaining a positive attitude, in dealing with all team members and colleagues

About You

A successful teammate will have experience in : Entry level payroll experience

  • Completion of year 12
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
