Our organization is seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive commercial outcomes in the APAC region and globally. This role will oversee the creation and execution of a marketing strategy that targets our key audiences, ensuring brand-stickiness and leveraging data-driven approaches to inform customer acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives commercial outcomes for our target audiences.
  • Lead a data-driven approach to marketing and advertising, utilizing data capture and analytics frameworks to inform customer acquisition efforts.
  • Oversee community engagement across our social platforms and ensure expert knowledge of our products and customer base to output effective content.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of experience in a senior level Marketing position for a Fintech, technology, finance, blockchain, or financial services company.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment with proven and attributable outcomes from growth-stage marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to understand core blockchain products and services comprehensively and articulate them concisely to defined target audiences.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the sector, the organisation's operations inform ongoing and topical marketing strategies.
  • Be intimately familiar with user acquisition (UA) best practices, industry benchmarks, vendors, analytics tools and current strategies.
Benefits
