About The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Breakfast Chef to lead our breakfast shift, including a full buffet breakfast and live omelet station.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee and lead the breakfast shift, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques.
- Prepare and present food according to Brand Standard guidelines.
- Interact with guests, ensuring excellent customer service and memorable dining experiences.
- Support stock control, including daily monitoring and reporting stock needs to the Head Chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas in accordance with Health & Safety and HACCP standards.
- Australian working rights.
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef.
- Excellent knife skills and a passion for fresh, quality food.
