
Part-Time Administration Professional

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will work two days per week, with additional coverage required during leave periods. Our ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment.
- Responsibilities include job registration, customer liaison, timekeeping, payroll support, purchasing, and maintaining organised filing systems.
- Our Administration Officer will also be responsible for providing backup support to the Finance Manager and assisting with supplier payments.
The role offers a supportive and balanced work environment, with opportunities to develop skills and contribute to a collaborative team.
About You
- Proven administration experience, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Strong computer skills and experience using business/ERP systems
- Bookkeeping or payroll experience is highly regarded
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A great communicator with a team-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
