Warehouse Administrator Job Summary

This is a part-time role that involves ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, assisting with dispatch processes, and supporting warehouse staff during stock audits.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in parts warehousing and administration, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. They will also be proactive, self-starting, and detail-oriented.

About the Role

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Receiving parts into stock and maintaining accurate records.
  • Tracking and recording dispatch of parts.
  • Assisting with regular stock takes and spot audits.
  • Supporting the Warehouse Manager with stock flow analysis.
  • Providing assistance to other warehouse staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Fundamental Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in parts warehousing and administration.
  • Familiarity with computer systems (desirable but not essential).
  • Proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A current Class C driver's licence.
