
Part-Time Administrative Professional

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team in a part-time position offering flexibility. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind the coordination of all service and repair activities within our service branch.
This role ensures that customer service requests are handled efficiently and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and operational continuity.
The key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of service and repair activities within the branch.
- Managing customer inquiries, coordinating service schedules, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Supporting the service team and contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the Branch through proactive administration and coordination.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- At least 5 years of administrative experience in an industrial environment.
- A high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
