Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Counsellor.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping clients regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work. Key responsibilities include undertaking assessments, designing intervention programmes, and working closely with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
