Job Description

  • Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans to support clients in achieving optimal functional capacity and independence.
  • Design and deliver intervention programs that build on the individual's strengths and abilities.
  • Work closely with clients, families, medical teams, employers, and other stakeholders to identify and address barriers to recovery.
  • Navigate multiple funding schemes to ensure seamless access to rehabilitation services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop return-to-work strategies that promote successful reintegration into the workforce.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Recognised degree qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration with a relevant industry association.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Valid driver's licence and vehicle required for travel to client sites.
  • Eligibility for a Working With Children's Check and police clearance.
