- Key Responsibilities
- Deliver assessments and counselling to facilitate effective navigation of rehabilitation plans
- Promote collaborative efforts with healthcare professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes
- Identify return-to-work barriers and design programs to support injured employees
- Cultivate partnerships with workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured workers and provide guidance on the benefits of inclusive work environments
About You:
- Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (completed 5th year - Master's Degree required for Psychology applicants)
- Registration with AHPRA or ASORC
- Demonstrate a passion for helping individuals navigate rehabilitation plans
- Emphasize strong stakeholder management and communication skills
