We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will play a pivotal role in empowering clients to regain their independence, pursue education or employment opportunities, and access community services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Vocational Counselling to support clients' rehabilitation progress and achieve return-to-work outcomes
  • Health coaching, encompassing goal setting, stress management, adjustment to change, and building resilience
  • Conducting Vocational Assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas for improvement
  • Complex case management and disability support services to facilitate clients' achievement of their goals

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Current registration with ASORC
  • Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation
  • A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle
  • The ability to provide a Working With Children Clearance and Police Clearance
