Rehabilitation Consultant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to support our occupational rehabilitation initiatives.

About the Role
  • Provide case management services to clients, including initial assessments, workplace evaluations, and vocational planning to optimize work-related health and well-being.
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs in collaboration with employers and employees to foster a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Work across various schemes, including workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs, to deliver comprehensive solutions for individuals with injuries or health conditions.
Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling are essential.
  • General or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry is highly regarded.
