Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Scheduling and Administrative Professional to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves coordinating purchase orders, inventory procurement, and invoices in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They will also be responsible for close-out of all scheduled works orders in Maximo and management of Maximo backlog aging reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely coordination of Purchase Orders for Scheduled Works
  • Accurate and timely coordination of Inventory Procurement for Scheduled Works
  • Accurate and timely processing of Invoices
  • Timely close-out of all scheduled works orders in Maximo
  • Management of Maximo backlog aging reports

Requirements

  • Prior experience in scheduling and administration is highly desirable
  • Minimum Cert 3 in Business Administration or other related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Hotel and Hospitality operating environments
