Salary
The estimated annual salary for this Senior Securities Documentation Specialist position is around $80,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:
This role involves managing documentation transfer requests to facilitate internal/external legal reviews, segmented customer document transfers, and discharge/release matters. Key responsibilities include documenting core systems accurately and arranging the preparation and management of security documentation via external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to meet goals, proactively manage conflicting priorities, and ensure timely completion of tasks while independently managing workflow
- Be responsible for the accuracy of output for allocated and self-allocated tasks
- Embrace business changes introduced to the team and ensure self-compliance to prescribed accreditation, policies, and procedures
- Prioritise allocated and self-allocated work in liaison with Manager to ensure prompt delivery to customers and stakeholders
- Build strong relationships and networks with stakeholders and peers driving customer-centric outcomes and values
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Attention to detail, knowledge, and understanding of risk management principles
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills as well as ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong internal and external customer focus and proven ability to provide quality customer service
- Knowledge and understanding of Business Units supported
- Previous banking exposure in a similar environment – a knowledge of back-office processing, how target times operate, and how to work to target times especially relative to loan documentation and securities
- Knowledge of Windows
