Our tax advisory team supports clients to anticipate and plan for the impact of tax legislation on their business decisions, ensuring continued success and growth.

Your Opportunity

  • You will advise clients on complex tax matters, including domestic and international structuring, cross-border transactions, and assistance with taxation authority reviews/audits/disputes.
  • Provide tax advice on asset acquisition and divestment, including due diligence, financing arrangements, IPO structuring, readiness, and prospectus preparation.
  • Play a key role in client engagements, including regular contact, attending presentations, and meetings with senior leaders.

Compensation and Benefits
