As a Category Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Actioning customer complaints on time through weekly outstanding customer complaints reports
  • Completing SAP processes and workflows for new lines and amendments daily
  • Supporting the team with administration tasks and influencing internal business partners to deliver outcomes
  • Identifying customer trends and sharing insights with the wider team
  • Keying promotions on a weekly basis

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail trends and market activity
  • SAP knowledge and intermediate Word & Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in supermarkets, although not essential
