Job Description

We're seeking an Energetic Category Performance Specialist to join our team in [Location]. As a key member of our category team, you'll be responsible for driving aligned category growth strategies and best-in-class in-store execution across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a detailed monthly reporting and dashboard suite, consulting with area teams and global stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Analyze available data to identify trends, performance challenges, and market-specific opportunity areas.
  • Work closely with Brand, Trade Marketing, and Key Account teams in post-implementation reviews of Red Bull and category-led initiatives.
  • Maintain regional best practices libraries and support markets in collating examples.
  • Drive Think Shopper Lead Category agenda through our Global Category Vision and provide viable category strategies to the region.
  • Support regional Category and Key Account teams in preparing customer-facing and internal planning decks.
  • Review and assist markets in developing relevant Consumer Activation Programs aligned to sales and marketing strategies.

This role requires a strong analytical skillset, with the ability to draw conclusions from data and communicate insights effectively. You'll have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience working with third-party data platforms such as Circana, Nielsen, or Euromonitor preferred.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, with travel expected at 20-30% of the time. We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience within FMCG
  • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills
  • Previous experience with third-party data platforms (Circana, Nielsen, Euromonitor, etc.)
