The Opportunity
Implement process improvements that strengthen safety and compliance by leading initiatives enhancing safety culture, operational resilience, and process reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure processes are built, refined, and trained for adoption and KPIs.
- Review operations-based processes for continuous improvement and embedment across the network.
About You
We seek a candidate with good Excel knowledge and sector experience. Exposure to modern awards and regulations for ECEC is also preferred.
Experience with T&A systems, particularly UKG, is desirable.
