As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our guests.


Our ideal candidate is a charismatic and exuberant individual who can effortlessly blend professionalism with playfulness.


Responsibilities include:


  • Guest Check-in/Check-out: Process all guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate room assignments and billing.
  • Secure Payment: Verify and secure payment for guests, including credit card authorizations and adjustments.
  • Communication: Communicate with staff to ensure timely room availability and coordinate guest requests.
  • Message Notification: Advise guests of messages and ensure prompt follow-up.
  • Room Status: Collaborate with Housekeeping to track room status and address guest concerns.
  • Document Management: File guest paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Switchboard Operation: Operate the telephone switchboard station, answering and processing guest calls.
  • Report Management: Run and review daily reports, including contingency lists and credit card authorization reports.
  • Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Cash Handling: Count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift, process payment types, and provide change.
  • Theft Notification: Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any reports of theft.
