Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Ramp Agent/Ground Crew. As a key member of our ground handling team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of baggage and cargo.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft
  • Transport baggage and cargo between terminals and aircraft
  • Operate specialized equipment, including baggage handling systems and aircraft loading equipment
  • Clean and prepare aircraft for departure
  • Read and interpret hazardous material identification labels and aircraft loading manifests
  • Work effectively within a team to meet customer needs and ensure safe and efficient operations
Requirements
  • Recent experience in a manual handling or physical role, within a fast-paced operational environment
  • Availability to work a 7-day week rotating shift roster
  • Be fit and comfortable working in a manual handling or physical role, within a fast-paced operational environment
  • A passion for safety and working within OH&S guidelines at all times
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • A hard-working nature and a positive 'can do' attitude
  • The ability to repetitively lift items up to 32 kgs in weight
  • A current and valid full state or territory driver's license
