As an Executive Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with the Business Manager to ensure our CEO executes on his mission and deliverables.
About This RoleThis position focuses on managing urgent matters, agenda & minutes of various meetings, monthly credit card and reimbursement reconciliations, research for weekly and monthly projects to provide executive summaries, administration preparation for tenders, contracts, and schedule of charges, correspondence and document drafting, working with databases and accounting systems for data analysis, collaboration with departments on information gathering and document control, ensuring smooth day-to-day office running by ordering stationery, kitchen supplies, IT issues, and fixes, maintaining registers, and supplier liaison.
You will be required to organise new laptops, phones, keys, and fleet maintenance as needed.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:- Managing and prioritising urgent matters
- Agenda & Minutes of various meetings
- Monthly Credit card and reimbursement reconciliations
- Research for weekly and monthly projects to provide executive summaries
- Administration preparation for tenders, contracts, and schedule of charges
- Correspondence and document drafting
- Working with databases and accounting systems for data analysis
