Your New Role

As our new Business Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving our growth and expansion within your region. This is a unique opportunity to shape and execute our business development strategy, leveraging your expertise to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in your region.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute a targeted growth strategy to increase our customer base and drive sales.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their success with our products.
  • Product Education: Educate clients on the benefits and features of our innovative products, maximizing their value and driving sales.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
What You Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar business development role.
  • A proven track record of achieving growth targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and willingness to travel.
