Lead Customer Service Role

This position involves managing and coordinating the activities of a customer service/sales support team to ensure high-quality, efficient delivery of services to customers.

As Lead Customer Service, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver comprehensive service solutions and build strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally.

  1. Manage customer service/sales support team activities to achieve business goals.
  2. Work directly with key stakeholders to deliver superior service and results in account coordination.
  3. Project manage orders and product setup, including communication of artwork requirements.
  4. Communicate customer packaging requirements through the RFQ process and adjust quotes according to business rules and strategic objectives.
  5. Coordinate the customer non-conformance process and liaise with customers until resolved.
  6. Identify and manage aged stock records within business rules.
  7. Support new product development enquiry processes, including samples management, artwork transition, mock-ups, concepts, and technical guidance.
  8. Liaise with operations and production teams regarding production dates and commitments to customers.
