We are currently seeking a proactive and professional Receptionist / Accounts Officer to be the welcoming face of our business while supporting our accounts team with essential day-to-day functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities- Managing the front desk and being the first point of contact for all visitors
- Professionally answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Greeting and assisting customers and couriers
- Maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the boardroom and reception area
- Processing customer receipts and applying payments to invoices
- Preparing and distributing customer statements
- Performing customer account reconciliations
- Resolving customer queries or issues
- Drive innovation and efficiency of processes in the accounts department
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, or accounts support
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional and welcoming phone manner
- High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- A strong sense of initiative, ownership, and accountability
- A collaborative team spirit and a genuine can-do attitude
