Key Responsibilities

  • We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team in Mt Isa. As a Service Coordinator, you will act as a liaison between the Service Team, customers, and product/mining support representatives, facilitating effective communication on job scope, pricing, and timeframes.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring invoice clarity and prompt payment by guaranteeing accurate and complete parts, labour, and miscellaneous charges before closing jobs.
  • Create and maintain records within the Asset Tracker system to ensure all customer and HDAL asset movements are accurately recorded.
  • Capture and communicate customer requirements to the Service team through monitoring, following up, and maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Implement action plans developed by Service Management to achieve monthly financial performance and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years previous experience working in a customer service or administration role.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of SIP and systems such as AX.
  • Certification in IV Office/Business Administration or equivalent qualifications/experience is highly desirable.
