About the Opportunity

  • You will be responsible for facilitating rentals, inspecting vehicles for damages, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • A key aspect of this position is providing outstanding customer service, resolving any issues that may arise, and fostering a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interact with customers face-to-face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand and ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
  2. Complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings efficiently and accurately.
  3. Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of vehicles according to company standards.
  4. Inspect vehicles for any damages that occurred during previous rentals.

Requirements:

  • A full and valid driver's license.

  • The ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.
