About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Motorcycle Courier to join our team in Mt Isa. As an employee, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels on our Motorcycle, representing our trusted business in the community.

Job Description
  • You will start your day early at 6am, sorting mail and small parcels with your teammates at the facility.
  • Complete your own daily vehicle safety check.
  • Loading your vehicle with your deliveries for the day.
  • Delivering outdoors in all types of weather to deliver to homes and businesses.
  • Paired up with our experienced Rider Mentors, who are committed to engage and take part in your professional development.
Requirements
  • You hold a full or probationary QLD motorcycle licence and ride a geared motorcycle currently, regularly, and confidently.
  • Good hand/eye coordination and attention to detail for sorting mail.
  • You'll successfully pass our mandatory and practical riding assessment.
  • Flexible with working additional hours if required.
  • Great memory, excellent attention to detail and can lift up to 16kgs of Mail and Parcels regularly.
  • Meet our safe working load limit of weighing no more than 100kgs fully-clothed.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive base pay rate of $35.57 per hour plus 12% superannuation. You will also have access to Post Perks, which include discounted retailer and services benefits.
