We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Sales Planning Specialist to join our team at VGA, based in Sydney. As a key member of our National Sales Centre, you will be responsible for working closely with our Head Office in Europe to improve market and business understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales planning function by collaborating with the wider sales team to enhance market insights and business knowledge
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales and wholesale forecasting initiatives
  • Contribute to incentive planning and analysis to optimize business performance
  • Manage vehicle ordering and production processes to ensure seamless operations
  • Lead new projects to increase brand and company efficiencies

Selction Criteria:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously
  • Collaborative approach to strategy development and execution
  • Strong analytical skills to gain business insights and develop impactful plans
  • Natural accountability when managing projects and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment focused on medium to long-term results
  • High IT literacy across various systems/platforms, with experience in developing reports and visualizing data to support management's decision-making process
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
