At Accor, we are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Circular Quay. This role offers a unique blend of short-term accommodation and long-term residential options.

The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the hospitality industry. Key responsibilities include managing procurement processes, overseeing inventory, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

A key aspect of this role is analyzing demand, supply, and pricing trends to achieve cost efficiency. The Procurement Specialist will also be responsible for adhering to and enforcing established purchasing policies and procedures.

As a key member of our team, the Procurement Specialist will identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure top-quality products at competitive prices. Regular reviews of supplier performance will also be conducted to ensure cost competitiveness.

A collaborative approach is essential, particularly when supporting themed events and wine promotions. The Procurement Specialist will also maintain accurate costing for all wine lists and ensure quoted prices and supplier codes are up-to-date within our purchasing system.

Key qualifications include a proactive and problem-solving attitude, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong attention to detail. Familiarity with purchasing systems and procedures is also desirable.
