Job Title: Leadership Coordinator

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time leadership position that will rotate between departments or as required to cover leave. The successful candidate will drive a team-based approach providing administrative staff with knowledge, education and training to uphold a high standard of performance, whilst maintaining staff professional development.

The role offers a variety of work responsibilities, across a range of clinics, call centre and intake areas. This leadership position provides direction and support to unit leads and administrative staff. This position will ensure departmental activities are completed to a high standard and in alignment with business goals and objectives.

About Austin Health Specialist Clinics:
