We are seeking a Customer Service Officer for a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service through precise order processing and effective management of inquiries. By fostering strong communication with the McCain sales team and key stakeholders, you will address and resolve customer queries and complaints, ensuring we consistently meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all safety and Chain of Responsibility protocols
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Provide knowledgeable and prompt responses to customer inquiries
  • Manage and resolve customer returns efficiently
  • Prepare and share load-out summaries with relevant parties
  • Document and report any performance issues related to McCain or vendor operations
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in customer service within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or supply chain environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong data entry and document management skills
  • Organized approach to maintaining records
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building
  • Analytical mindset to address work-related challenges
  • High proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
