Overview of the Position

We are currently looking for a skilled Customer Service and Administrative Support Specialist to contribute to our operations. The selected individual will be engaged as an on-hired employee, working a full-time schedule of 38 hours per week, starting at 8am.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will undertake a variety of customer service and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset and maintain high standards of personal performance. You will be equipped to handle challenging situations and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone while adhering to established quality benchmarks
  • Verify orders and shipments, address inquiries, and resolve any issues
  • Process orders efficiently and utilize various computer systems
  • Assist the sales team and serve as the initial point of contact for clients
  • Maintain accurate systems and records

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and a collaborative team player
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers at all levels
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly the MS Office suite
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the building industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
