We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer for a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this capacity, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service throughout the order processing cycle. This includes preparing shipments and managing both inbound and outbound inquiries. You will maintain effective communication with the McCain sales team and key stakeholders, addressing and resolving any customer queries or complaints to uphold our high service standards.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all safety and Chain of Responsibility policies
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Provide prompt and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Process and resolve customer returns efficiently
  • Prepare and distribute load-out summaries to relevant parties
  • Document and report any performance failures related to McCain or vendors
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in customer service within an FMCG or supply chain context
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong data entry and document management skills
  • Organized approach to record-keeping
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with logical problem-solving abilities
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
