Business Growth Specialist

  • We are seeking an experienced banker and sales professional to manage a commercial portfolio and complex lending up to $15 million TAE.
  • The ideal candidate will develop strong networks with local industry, business, and community groups, and implement plans to raise their profile in the community.
  • They will connect with customers through meaningful conversations to design and deliver innovative, holistic, needs-based solutions.
  • Key responsibilities include managing a commercial portfolio, developing strong networks, connecting with customers, building deep relationships, leading business development activities, collaborating with branch managers, and forming partnerships with Credit Risk.

This is a full-time role based in Perth Regional Office. We offer hybrid working arrangements—discuss what flexibility means to you.

To succeed in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related field.

Additional desired skills include expertise in business lending and credit risk principles, financial analysis skills, knowledge of current business banking market conditions, products, cash flows, and markets.
