As a Commercial Portfolio Leader, you will play a key role in driving strong commercial outcomes across a diverse portfolio of customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to optimize the flow of customer information.
  2. Leading customer intelligence initiatives, identifying potential business growth opportunities or decline risks, and developing long-term strategic solutions.
  3. Negotiating and managing contracts with customers, focusing on renewing contracts before expiry.
  4. Developing and maintaining key account management plans for each customer.
  5. Ensuring delivery of contractual performance requirements, managing issues to the satisfaction of both customers and internal stakeholders.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Strong commercial experience
  • University qualification in Economics, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline (preferred)
  • High-level management and leadership skills with the ability to develop, implement, and achieve goals and targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and written communication
  • High proficiency in customer service delivery within a large commercial organization
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis and business strategy, with a data-driven decision-making approach
