Job Summary

This role entails managing key enterprise accounts, establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving commercial growth through upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of complex migrations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate intricate project management scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary point of contact for major enterprise clients, fostering collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, product integration, and expansion initiatives.
  • Develop expertise in our product suite, proactively identifying opportunities for adoption and improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless client experiences and timely delivery.
  • Analyze client behavior, collaborating with internal teams to address trends and risks.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management.
  • Proven track record of managing major enterprise accounts (ASX100 or similar scale/complexity).
  • Deep understanding of lengthy and complex migrations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial acumen: driving revenue growth, managing pricing conversations, and meeting targets.
