Job Title: Disability Service Coordinator

This exceptional organisation delivers essential services and plan management support to people living with disabilities, expanding their reach across WA due to their excellent reputation and service delivery.

As an experienced disability professional, you will provide ongoing support to participants and their families, utilising your knowledge of NDIS plans and accounts within a highly respected organisation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process and submit invoices and claims to the NDIS.
  • Maintain relationships with participants, providers, and suppliers.
  • E nsure plans meet guidelines and requirements for reporting purposes.
  • Assist participants in understanding their plans and entitlements.
  • Follow up and monitor expiring plans with participants.
  • Update participant details ensuring information is correct.
  • Follow up on outstanding debts and aged invoices.
  • Perform weekly bank reconciliations.
  • Process invoices and schedule payments.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience with NDIS plans and an understanding of the frameworks.
  • Proficiency in accounts including AP/AR and reconciliations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.

This is a part-time role (32 hours a week) with flexibility on how you structure your time. Enjoy a friendly and supportive team environment with opportunities for progression and skill development.
